We’re celebrating the release of THREE BLIND DATES by Meghan Quinn! ONE-CLICK your copy TODAY!

“Good Morning Malibu, it’s another beautiful day on the west coast! I’m Noely Clark, your host: and I’m in the market for love…”

When the publicity team of the new local restaurant, Going in Blind, began their search for a hot, local celebrity to promote the wildly popular eatery, they couldn’t have found a better person than me.

Outgoing? Check.

Single? Check.

Open to finding love? Check.

I signed up immediately.

A hopeless romantic with an exceedingly demanding schedule, I’ve found it impossible to find the man of my dreams—so Going in Blind seems too good to be true! That’s until they start setting me up on dates—three very different, very attractive, very distinct blind dates—and only one thing is for certain . . .

I’m in big trouble.

Good Morning Malibu,

I’m Noely Clark, and I have a choice to make.

The question is who will I choose; the suit, the rebel, or the jock.

*ARC received as a part of a blog tour. The thoughts are entirely my own and in no way biased.*

I gotta tell you, this book is so fun! I absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. It helped me out of my reading rut where I couldn’t help but DNF books. I mean, I’d DNFed two books before I read this. And that is a huge deal for me! I don’t usually DNF a lot. Having two back to back DNFs? Hadn’t happened to me. Ever. So, after two disappointing reads, I read this and god, was it good! Definitely something I needed.

Three Blind Dates follows Noely on her journey to find true love. She’s had hard luck in the dating department the past few years, especially since her morning news show took off and earned her a minor celebrity status. So, she uses the Going In Blind app to meet men who like her for who she is and not because she’s a known face. On her blind dating adventures, she meets three men – Jack, The Suit; Beck, The Rebel & Hayden, The Jock. The story explores her relationship with each of them and with the mystery of who she shall choose in the end.

Noely is a great character. She’s fun, easy going and outspoken. She loves her job, absolutely adores her niece and has an extremely close relationship with her brother and sister – in – law. It’s a running joke in the family that they only had a child because Noely was so desperate for a niece/nephew. Noely and her brother are both huge ice hockey fans and they spend a lot of time discussing the game & their favourite players, one of which happens to be Hayden. I love Noely’s no holds barred attitude and how she’s so sure of what she wants in life. She’s not afraid to say it either. While she understands that these dates of hers have issues of their own and she wants them to sort them out, wouldn’t even hesitate to help them, she never let’s them walk all over her or use her as a distraction. She never wavers despite her very obvious attraction to them. I think that’s admirable. Many times, you can get lost in the rush of a new relationship and forget what’s important, but Noely didn’t do that. It was awesome.

Talking about her dates, I love them all, in their own different ways. Jack was the most intense of them all. He was open and loving and broody, all at the same time. I loved how he went out of his way to impress Noely and how he would make little gestures throughout the day to remind her that he was thinking of her. It was really cute. Also, their texting banter was awesome. It made me crack up on more than one occasion.

Beck, he was a little handsy, but so hot. He was definitely the one with the hardest path ahead of him. But, I loved how he made Noely feel. He was so genuine and truthful, it made me really like him. Also, their dates were amazing. And he was an awesome cook. So many checkpoints.

Then, there was Hayden. He was without a doubt the goofiest of the three. He didn’t hesitate to make a fool out of himself especially in front of Noely and they had such fun times together. I especially loved the part where the two of them were on a date, but they FaceTimed Noely’s brother who happened to be a huge fan of Hayden. That entire interaction left me in such splits! Noely and Hayden seemed to share an instant camaraderie and it was really well translated into their relationship. They were always comfortable with each other.

Though all three of them were amazing, I was rooting for only one of them in the end and I loved that that my ship was endgame. Really, I think that was the best part. After Noely had given up on the Going In Blind program and was still interacting with this mystery man who claimed to be one of the three men she’d dated, I was on edge the entire time. I so badly wanted it to be, let’s call him X, and thankfully it was!
It was such a light hearted read and I loved it. Made me smile and sigh and swoon. Totally romcom movie worthy. ❤❤

You should definitely read this. Please don’t sleep on it! Such a cute read.

“Just state my name?”

“Yeah. Gives us a quick rundown on who you are, what you do, your interests, and what you’re looking for in a man.”

I nod and clear my throat. Sitting tall, my hands resting in my lap, I speak directly into the camera . . .

“Hi, I’m Noely Clark, and I’m one of your Good Morning, Malibu hosts. As you know, I’m single and in the market for love. As a twenty-seven-year-old woman who has had her fair share of rotten relationships, hookups, and dates, I want to try something new. I want to be thrust into a program where my celebrity status isn’t the first thing someone knows about me, where I can be known for who I am as a person rather than how I’m represented on TV.”

“And who is the person you want to be known for?”

Tilting my head to the side, I purse my lips, thinking of my answer. “Just a regular girl who loves Tom Hanks, would do just about anything adventurous, and would rather be seen eating nachos at a hockey game than enjoying a chardonnay during a classic night at the opera.”

“And what are you looking for in a man?”

Taking a deep breath, I look straight into the camera. “Someone who will cuddle on my couch and watch a classic romcom with me. Someone who will challenge me. Someone who is respectful and courteous to others but also has no qualms about shouting at an official while pounding on the glass at a hockey game. We don’t have to be a perfect match, because when is that really the case? But I want our match to be close with a little bit of wiggle room for some give and take, because what’s love without a little bit of compromise, without being able to adapt to your partner and love what they love? It’s the people in our life who mold us, and I’m far from being molded completely.”

Author, wife, adoptive mother, and peanut butter lover. Will dance for laughs, won’t eat anything spicy because you asked, but will squeeze boobs in replace of a hug. Grew up in Southern California (Temecula, anyone? Anyone?) lived in New York (the armpit of NY, not the city) and now resides in Colorado with my wife, son, two dogs, three cats, and my multiple book boyfriends. Loves love, anything romantic, and will die if I ever meet Tom Hanks. Yay, books!
